Kaylee Smyth

Kaylee Smyth is an incredible person and worker, and I would like to nominate her for Employee of the Month. She exemplifies all the best qualities of an employee. She is efficient, accurate, capable, hardworking, and she brings a positive attitude to everything she does. Her cheerfulness, reliability, and competence make her exactly the type of employee every manager hopes for and the type of coworker everyone loves to have on their team.

I appreciate everything she does to keep our voter rolls clean and updated. In the world of data entry, where speed and accuracy are critical, Kaylee sets the standard. She regularly ranks as our most efficient employee when it comes to associating signatures, processing voter registrations, and verifying signatures. Her data entry skills are truly unmatched, and her attention to detail ensures that our elections run smoothly.

Beyond her technical skills, Kaylee represents our office professionally. She is often the first face the public sees when they come to our front counter, and she always handles herself with kindness and a warm, welcoming smile. She gets along with everyone; her coworkers admire her, and her supervisor constantly praises her contributions and attitude. She brings a positive energy to work every day.

When we faced the daunting task recently of verifying 64,000 signatures for a statewide referendum, Kaylee didn’t hesitate to step up. She embraced the extended work hours and weekend shifts, showing her commitment to the team and to getting the job done. No one processed more signatures than she did—and more importantly, her work was accurate.

For all these reasons and more, I hope Kaylee will be recognized with the honor of being named Utah County’s Employee of the Month.
